regardless if the one that is getting ';kickedout'; is not on the lease, not working and no where to go but the streets??Is it legal for a spouse to kick out the other without notice or grounds in the state of Arizona?
I would imagine that the issue here would be ';not in the lease'; as far a rights to the house goes. Now, there might be a myriad of marital rights that he/she would be infringing upon by doing so, but that is another issue altogether.
