Can I stop my spouse from contacting my kids?

Can I do this if he has paid no child support and can I get a restraining order to keep him from contacting the kids after finding out he was soliciting prostitutes and sending nude pictures of himself to women in emails sitting naked in the living room right next to my childrens bedroom knowing they could get up at any time?Can I stop my spouse from contacting my kids?
Chances are no, you cannot stop him from contacting HIS children. He hasn't done anything wrong or illegal. Just because he lives a lifestyle different from you, why do you have to trash him?Can I stop my spouse from contacting my kids?
You need to get a lawyer and then you need to prove what you are saying is true. A judge isn't just going to take your word for it. If what you say is the truth and you can prove it he still may get supervised visits. Good luck

Only a judge or lawyer can answer that for you. Nobody on here can!
you could get a restraining order, anyone can, however, if he is NOT abusive, and if the children are NOT in danger, by making false allegations against him, you run the risk of losing custody and or visitation altogether.





Of course there are other issues, like the apparent picture you created in my mind, he lives elsewhere, and yet you are accessing his emails (stalking, harassment, unauthorized use of the internet)





Soliciting prostitution is illegal, it is NOT child abuse, unless he takes the children along with him in the car, or has sex IN FRONT OF THEM





they are not YOUR kids, alone, you and he both created them, please work to co-parent to insure the best possible outcome for those children.

child support and child visitation are TWO separate issues, and you cannot withhold his visitation if he is not paying support
