Can the step parent be sued for parent/child interference and alienation? For ex, denying contact with child, interfering with scheduled visitation as well as malicous lies being told to the child.Can non custodial parent sue spouse of custodial parent?
Of course; in America most lawyers will sue anybody for anything as long as a client is paying the bills.
