If you filed injured spouse for 2007 taxes, do you need to send in another for the rebate in may? or will the one on file for the taxes you just filed will do it?SECOND INJURED SPOUSE claim for tax rebate?
I haven't seen anything about any way to file injured spouse for the rebate, or whether one filed for the 2007 return will apply to the rebate or not. If your spouse has an offset against refunds, I'd suggest not counting on your part of the rebate unless and until you get it.
